DIRECTORS & FACULTY Classical Studies Institute was established by men and women who share a passionate belief that profound knowledge of our foundations in the ancient world is an irreplaceable component of a meaningful education – one that we never stop acquiring.
All Directors teach courses as their schedules permit. They bring to their elementary, middle and high school students a broad experience of the world for which these students are preparing: the highest levels of education (three have doctoral degrees), the legal profession, the political process, and commerce. They bring to their adult students a common experience of the challenges of the modern age for which the ancient great books hold fresh and compelling insights.
